As a digital entrepreneur, finding the right platform to showcase and sell my services has always been a top priority. In November of last year, I embarked on a new journey by creating a Raketer account on Raket.ph. Initially, everything seemed promising. Orders were coming in steadily, and I was able to generate income that covered the costs of the tools and software I needed to deliver quality services. My optimism was high, and I envisioned scaling my freelance business through the platform.

However, as the months went by, challenges began to surface, shaking my confidence in the platform and prompting me to reassess my options.

The Wallet Change That Affected Everything

When January arrived, Raket.ph introduced a major change to their wallet system. What initially seemed like a routine update soon became a frustrating ordeal. All payments from January onwards were held for over two months—even as of March 25, I had yet to receive my earnings from that period.

While my earnings weren’t massive, they were essential for covering my business expenses—subscriptions for essential tools, marketing software, and other operational costs. Without access to these funds, I found myself struggling to maintain my services. I wanted to expand and offer new services, but financial constraints made it impossible. The delay in payments created a ripple effect, slowing down my business and affecting my motivation.

Doubting the Platform’s Legitimacy

With my funds stuck in limbo, I started questioning the legitimacy of Raket.ph. I made multiple attempts to contact their support team, hoping for clarity on my missing earnings. But my efforts were met with silence. No replies, no updates—just uncertainty.

Fortunately, the new wallet system seemed to be functioning properly, allowing me to withdraw my most recent earnings. These were questions that only Raket.ph’s support team could answer, so I immediately sent them an email, hoping to get some form of clarification.

Hoping for Answers and Looking for Better Opportunities

As of now, I am still waiting for a response from Raket.ph. I sincerely hope they will address my concerns and provide a clear explanation for why my RaketPage disappeared and why my old wallet funds remain inaccessible.

However, this experience has taught me a valuable lesson—I cannot depend entirely on a single platform. The uncertainty, lack of communication, and financial setbacks have pushed me to explore other options that are more transparent, reliable, and supportive of digital freelancers like me.

Moving Forward: Exploring Alternatives

Given my recent experiences with Raket.ph, I am now actively seeking better alternatives. I need a platform that:

• Ensures timely payouts without excessive delays.

• Has transparent policies and responsive customer support.

• Provides stability and security for freelancers.

This journey has been challenging, but I am determined to move forward and find the right marketplace that will support my growth as a digital entrepreneur. If there’s one takeaway from this experience, it’s that adaptability is key. The freelance industry is evolving, and as service providers, we must stay informed and make choices that protect our work and our earnings.

I will continue to seek answers from Raket.ph, but in the meantime, I am focusing my energy on building my business elsewhere. For fellow freelancers experiencing similar challenges, my advice is to always diversify your platforms and never settle for uncertainty.
